Happy Father's Day Lorne!

Lorne celebrated his first Father's Day by hanging out with Sawyer on the couch and watching (sleeping through) the U.S. Open. He knows that I get cabin fever so he watched Sawyer while I ran a few errands. It was more than a few. I actually think that I crammed a week's worth of running around in a three hour period. I felt so guilty the entire time that I was gone. I kept envisioning Sawyer wailing at the top of his lungs for hours on end. Of course he was asleep when I got home and I had to wake him to feed him, but I felt the guilt nonetheless.

Lorne and his two Father's Day gifts! :)

I found this on Nordstrom.com. It was too cute to pass up! I had to order it early so I remember praying that he would indeed be a boy.

Mommy and her first Sawyer-induced nap. Daddy gets to take these all the time!

I went and picked up the Awy cross-stitch, but when I got home Lorne noticed that it wasn't level and that the letters gradually got higher and higher so I drove back to Michael's. It was closing time by the time I got there so I was told that it will be ready tomorrow. I sure hope so. I'll be sure to post a picture once it is ready.

I'll close tonight with a picture of the little man:

Sawyer's close-up of the day. Lorne was so proud that his eyes were open.
