Sophia Brianna is Here!

Our good friends Jeremy and Denise welcomed their daughter Sophia Brianna today at 12:33 P.M. She weighed 7 lbs 12 ozs and was 21 inches long. We were there at the hospital when she was born, but we were in the Tahoe feeding Sawyer. I actually nursed him, Lorne fed him his bottle, and then I pumped, all in Tahoe comfort. It was amazing how much stuff we had to pack for our four-hour adventure. Lorne said imagine what it's going to be like when we're gone to Van Vleck for four DAYS! Everyday is a learning experience and today was no exception. We were able to see what we needed to pack and what we could live without.

While we were there I stopped into A Mother's Gift and had him weighed and he's gained another ounce. He's up to 6 lbs 13 ozs!! We are so excited!! Only two more ounces and he'll be back to birth weight.

Sorry that we don't have any more pictures of the little man. I'll post this one of the two of us napping. We're getting better and better at those naps around here!
